Hey! It is good to hear from you all! I hope we can keep this going because it is actually quite fun when everyone gets into it!
So, here is a great update! Last Monday night (a week ago) I was sitting on my bed about to turn out the lights. Kevin was in the bathroom brushing his teeth. I heard a motor behind our apartment. It sounded like a motorbike. Loud. Our car's muffler is loud too...as I listened to the vehicle drive off my mind kept telling me to look out back and check on our car. In November, a few days before Thanksgiving, our car had been stolen right from behind the apartment complex. So, I checked out back and our car was gone! I told Kevin that I didn't think the car was in its parking spot and he was like "Are you serious?" So, he went out to check and sure enough it was gone! He called the police and reported it. That night we laughed about it...because since the last time we have been careful not to leave ANYTHING in our car because they had stolen our tires, cd player, $70 worth of curtain returns, and most annoyingly our temple bags! We had cheap tires. So, we wondered what they were going to gain from stealing our car again!
The next day around 5:30 while Kevin and I were both at work Kevin received a phone call from the police officer. They had found our car stripped of the seats! All of the seats! They told him that he had twenty minutes to go pick up the car (The thieves had put in a replacement seat in order to drive it) or they would impound it at our cost! Apparently the police station believes in punishing the victims of car theft! Well, that was our only car so we couldn't get out there anyway AND we were both at work. Kevin had a deadline and there was no way either of us could get there in 20 minutes. So, they impounded it. RIDICULOUS! Come to find out later that they had actually found the car at 2:00 pm...and if they had actually called us at that time I wouldn't have been at work and possibly could have gotten a ride there. Anyway, to make a longer story short, we got our car back with only one seat. It drives fine. My father-in-law came up the next morning and went to court to complain about the fee charged to us. He got it reduced to $47 as opposed to $240. At least we got something though we shouldn't have had to pay it at all. So much for feeling security from our police force, eh?
So, we are currently looking for a new car. Very exciting. Of course, since I am pregnant we were going to have to buy a car with four doors soon anyway, but still. Oh, and the reason I titled this post "Pathetic Theivery" is because they took our seats, including the floor section of our trunk! PATHETIC! They also didn't steal some nice red nailpolish I had in the car that they could have given to their mother, sister, or girlfriend as a gift! What were they thinking! Anyway, there you go. That is the update on our lives.
Other updates include: Obviously that we are having a baby girl in November. Kevin got an I-Phone for his birthday. He is quite excited about it. I named it Atticus because he was so excited about it it was like having a new baby! We are going to San Diego for our anniversary! FUN FUN! and I am craving a pizza bomb...if only we had a Craigo's down here!

That stinks abut your car and I really can't believe they didn't take the nail polish! That would have been the first thing I would have gone for (except I don't steal cars haha). Anyway, do you have a name picked out for your baby yet? I think Kelsey would suit her well....
